ABOUT THE POSITION The Business Development Director will lead business development and account management activities in Japan to develop a solid long-term presence, generating increased awareness and development partnerships. Their goal will be coordinating a team to expand Virtuos’ existing network to span all major game studios, generating leads and sourcing potential deals, and ensuring delivery of support services across both Art and Game divisions. Founded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies. We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Asia, Europe, and North America. Specializing in full-cycle game development and art production, we have delivered high-quality content for more than 1,500 console, PC, and mobile games. Our clients include 23 of the top 25 gaming companies worldwide. About Our Team Virtuos Tokyo was launched in 2023, 14 years after we first set foot in Japan, to strengthen our partnerships with Japanese game companies.
