We are looking for a Business Development Director with a strong strategic mindset and the ability to drive commercial growth. To succeed in this role, you need to be business-oriented, proactive, and skilled at identifying and executing new opportunities across different markets.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Bring extensive experience in business development, strategy, or commercial leadership, ideally in B2B or technical industries
• Possess a strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop business models
• Excel in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across cultures and geographies
• Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, bringing structure and clarity to a dynamic business environment
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related fields – or equivalent experience
