Conduct in‑depth industry, market, and client due diligence. Attend client meetings, produce call reports, and follow through on all action items. Measure and report on Sales KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across systems. Maintain an up‑to‑date and accurate prospect and market database. Confidently communicate IQ‑EQ’s services across phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions. Match appropriate services to client requirements and articulate key selling points clearly. Stay current on competitor offerings, market activity and trends, recommending tactical actions where required. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and always represent IQ‑EQ with professionalism. Support colleagues across the Global Sales Team and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Undertake any reasonable duties as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience within Private Wealth, Accounting and/or Financial Services. At least 8 years’ experience in a client-facing business development role, ideally with a proven track record within fund administration and/or trust company services. Strong documentary writing and IT skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Solid knowledge of basic trust structures and corporate entities — Private Trust Planning and set-up experience preferred. Preferably, understanding of closed-ended and open-ended funds, private equity and hedge funds. Highly self‑motivated, reliable and demonstrates strong integrity. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision.
