Description
Key Responsibilities * Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) * Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives * Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) * Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials * Schedule meetings and coordinate introductory calls between prospects and sales leaders * Track and report on outreach activity, pipeline development, and conversion metrics * Develop a strong understanding of company services, value proposition, and target markets ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred * 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related field Skills & Competencies * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new relationships * Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with CRM tools is a plus * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
