THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Business Development Director who can chart the course for our future while driving results day-to-day. This role blends strategy, execution, and relationship building — perfect for someone who thrives on turning vision into measurable growth.
You’ll lead our market expansion efforts, own the growth pipeline, and be the driving force behind revenue generation and client acquisition. This position reports directly to the CEO, giving you a seat at the leadership table and influence over company direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Industrial Technology or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully building new business and driving revenue growth.
  • High level of business acumen and strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience as part of a senior leadership team influencing company direction.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies in a business environment.
  • Adept at leveraging technologies to improve business development outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute as well as strategize.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through targeted market research.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the RFP process.
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct modeling and forecasting for revenue growth.
  • Gather, assess, and report actionable market intelligence.
