It is the responsibility of our Sales team to provide value to the client by understanding their business, helping them find the right solution, negotiating a win-win agreement, and facilitating a smooth introduction to the Customer Success team.
We seek a highly qualified professional to help build our property data business within a product-focused sales approach. The Business Development Director, Valuation Products, will have proven success working in a relationship-based work environment and is willing to focus on continually building customer trust and confidence in our products and customer delivery teams. This individual will be highly entrepreneurial and use a consultative approach as they introduce customers to our unique portfolio of property data solutions. The Business Development Director will pursue new opportunities with Proptech and Fintech leaders, Private Equity and Hedge Fund Managers, Mortgage Originators, Mortgage Servicers, Insurance and Capital Markets to present Clear Capital as a property data and analytics leader. Your ability to prospect and close new business, grow existing business, expand the overall customer relationship, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at every touch point will measure your success.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related sales experience in the financial services sector or real estate industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record in data solution sales, with an emphasis on new client acquisition
  • Working knowledge of the primary and secondary markets and related real estate asset products such as mortgage and asset-backed securities and of real estate data and uses within the market
  • Deep understanding of consultative solution sales models with the ability to craft and communicate complex propositions
  • Success in working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and practitioners in developing strategies and tactics that drive targeted programs and create wins
  • Experience selling in a multi-product environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal style, bringing a positive, problem-solving oriented approach to both internal and external contacts
  • Innovative problem-solving skills to resolve basic to moderately complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to research complex issues as they develop and present uniquely
