We are looking for a Business Development Director who drives company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for alumina fibre materials, developing strategic plans, and building key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include market analysis, crafting business development strategies, expanding market presence, managing complex client relationships, and leading teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Negotiations & Partnerships :Leading negotiations for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations to expand business reach.
  • Team Leadership :Managing and leading a team of business development professionals, including allocating resources and making independent business decisions.
  • Reporting :Presenting strategies and performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating the results of development efforts and resource utilization.
