Role and Responsibilities: * Organizes technical seminars for clients, consultants, and the markets that enhance the Company’s image and position in the market. * Enhances the promotion of Design/Built concept with the consultants and developers * Assists in secure projects for Amana in new industries (e.g. oil/gas and power/water) to meet strategy objectives * Pre-qualifies Amana with clients and consultants as needed for its strategic growth. * Fulfills the role given by the Senior Business Development Engineer in maintaining an accurate picture of the market size and position of the competition * Assists with the guidance of the Senior Business Development Engineer in coordinating the scope of all parties involved in tendering process and liaise with clients/consultants during tendering. * Develops and maintains strong relations in the market with consultants, clients and authorities. * Provides complete and systematic feedback on the lost projects (who, why, by how much) to management. * Assists in the preparation for kickoff meeting of the new jobs and ensuring the proper transition of the job to all the relevant departments in the company. * Coordinates with Accounts for recovery of any outstanding and unused Tender Bonds from clients.   Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Strong communication skills in English * Must have Driving License   What makes a true AMANAian?
