QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in business development or sales in the solar industry.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of solar technology, system design, and installation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the solar sector.
• Proposal & Project Support: Prepare proposals, manage timelines, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy: Help develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Market Research: Track industry trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
