Core Duties & Accountabilities
- Execute field-based business development activities across Emirates
 - Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities in industrial and municipal sectors
 - Develop comprehensive technical-commercial proposals for water purification projects
 - Deliver expert consultation on membrane technology, biological treatment, and industrial water systems
 - Establish strategic partnerships with engineering consultants, contractors, and end-users
 - Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and deal closure
 - Collaborate with design and project execution teams for seamless solution delivery
 - Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis activities
 - Represent company at trade shows, technical conferences, and industry forums
 - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular business forecasts
 
Mandatory Qualifications & ExperienceAcademic & Professional Background
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related discipline)
 - 2+ years proven track record in water/wastewater technology sales (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
 - Demonstrated success in B2B solution selling and account management
 
Technical Expertise Required
- Comprehensive understanding of water purification technologies:
 - Membrane separation processes (RO, UF, MF)
 - Biological wastewater treatment systems
 - Industrial effluent management solutions
 - Water conditioning and chemical treatment
 - Pumping systems and process equipment
 - Disinfection and advanced oxidation processes
 - Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications
 - Knowledge of environmental regulations and water quality standards
 
Professional Competencies
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities in English
 - Advanced presentation and consultative selling techniques
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 - Self-directed work style with minimal supervision requirements

Critical Prerequisites
- Valid Emirates driving authorization (ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT) - extensive client visits mandatory
 - Water treatment sector experience is ESSENTIAL and NON-WAIVABLE
 - Salary expectations must align with AED 4,000 - 8,000 range (candidates seeking higher compensation should not apply)
