We are looking for a leader who will be responsible to land Innovation programs in manufacturing site and lead Engineering organization responsible for capital investment in Szekesfehervar manufacturing site as legal entity of Győri Keksz Kft of Mondelēz International. This position will ensure effective planning and execution of change programs as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.
