Position Summary
This entry-level Business Development Representative role is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and excel in sales and client relationship management. You’ll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills in lead generation, client communication, and territory growth — setting you on a path toward future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business for our telecom partners
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques and client service fundamentals
  • Manage outreach efforts across assigned territories and build meaningful customer relationships
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your professional skills
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members as you grow in the role
  • Prepare for advancement into leadership roles with increased responsibility

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Leadership potential or experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in person in the Tampa area

  • Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
