Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Growth – Actively support the Branch Manager in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, re-engage dormant accounts, and source new business opportunities within the region
  • Sales Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new sales leads, promoting the company’s products and services to prospective clients
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct thorough research on organisations, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential leads and new market opportunities
  • Customer Base Expansion – Drive sales by promoting the company’s full product range while providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and strengthen partnerships
  • Client Entertainment – Represent the company professionally while hosting and entertaining clients, utilising an allocated expense account to foster business relationships
