Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to go the extra mile to earn client trust and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Head of sales and marketing to generate technology consulting and services business leads within government and private sectors.
* Setup and conduct sales meetings with prospects and clients; maintain CRM and track effectively for follow-ups and closures.
* Contribute to pre-sales process including preparing RFP responses and proposal documentation.
* Engage with clients on pricing and contract negotiations.
* Sales and/or pre-sales experience within UAE / Middle East will be a plus.
* Assist with local business operations such as following up on client payments, etc. to support business.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, business development, account management.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic Speaker is preferred.
*Technology / IT / ERP Sales is a big plus.
* Proactive learner with a collaborative team spirit and a results-driven mindset.
* Positive attitude that fosters healthy competition and supports collective success.
