Singapore | Full-time | Individual Contributor | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 days work from home) | Base Salary: From SGD 2,500/month + Performance-Based Commission

Responsibilities

This isn’t a role for someone waiting for leads to come in. It’s for someone who sees opportunity everywhere and goes after it.

  • Own the sales cycle end to end - from prospecting and outreach, to proposal, pitch, and close
  • Identify untapped markets and accounts , and build relationships that open doors to long-term value
  • Shape solutions with impact - develop tailored proposals and pitches that speak directly to client needs
  • Lead with connection - represent Adrenalin at meetings, networking events, and industry functions to forge valuable relationships
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project, Creative, Leadership) to align client expectations and delivery
  • Track your numbers, know your funnel , and use data to sharpen your approach
  • Stay sharp and ahead of the game - monitor industry shifts, market trends, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh
