What You’ll Do: · Join a 90-day structured training programme · Learn from internal experts and external coaches · Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond · Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities · Progress into senior roles as the business expands What We’re Looking For: · No sales experience or degree required · Strong communication and organisational skills · Positive, proactive attitude and resilience · Self-motivated and target driven · A genuine interest in business development and tech · An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential · 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off it you don’t have this What We Offer: · £24.8–28k starting salary based on experience · £50k+ OTE with uncapped commission · Bonus scheme and regular incentives · 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays · Onsite gym, parking, essentials stocked kitchen, socials · Excellent development, support and progression pathways About Us: Advanced Secure Technologies is a Cardiff-based leader in secure digital credentials, working with top universities and awarding bodies across the UK and globally.
