FULL TIME, 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Salary: £28k/annum (up to £33,600 OTE) + Toyota Corolla Estate Hybrid
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/week
Territory: East Anglia, including Peterborough, Norwich, Colchester, Cambridge and surrounding areas
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our vibrant On Trade field sales team within tenanted or free on-trade pubs. This isn’t just a job; it’s your chance to own your territory, ignite sales, and become a key player in the thriving world of Greene King. You’ll be representing Greene King brands such as Level Head, Hazy Day, Greene King IPA, and Abbot, driving distribution and brand awareness throughout East Anglia.
Ideally we’re looking for candidates with pub related experience, or those with Field Sales experience looking for the next step in their career!

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Work directly with Greene King, employed by Advantage Smollan
• Build strong relationships with key On Trade contacts and clients
• Prospect and hunt for new tenanted or free on-trade pubs to visit and sell into, maximising the reach of Greene King across your region
• Maximise brand awareness and educate on benefits of adding the Greene King draught portfolio to their range
• Drive product sales and distribution
• Drive product growth of the Greene King draught portfolio increasing product range on the bar
• Negotiate product placement and promotional displays, signage, and other marketing material to drive rate of sale
• Collaborate with your team across the UK and local regional contacts
• Share best practice
• Work together to achieve team KPIs in addition to your own individual targets
