OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
This is a role that requires tenacity, a ‘can do’ attitude and the passion to go the extra mile. A fundamental characteristic of this position is the necessity to withstand considerable turndowns prior to achieving a successful sale.
There will be a considerable OTE for this role which includes a generous flat commission percentage on sales made.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role is essential.
  • Working to sales and performance targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A background in healthcare would be advantageous but not mandatory.
