Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong background in the aluminum and glass industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of architectural products, fabrication processes, and market dynamics. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building lasting client relationships, and closing deals that drive our growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in business development or sales in the aluminum and glass, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems (e.g., curtain walls, spider systems, sliding doors/windows, partitions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction and architectural industries.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and understand technical specifications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing negotiations to ensure timely closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
