Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identify and connect with property owners, boards, and investor groups
  • Present AAPG’s property management services and value proposition
  • Negotiate and close new management agreements
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Track your leads and progress using AAPG’s CRM tools

POSITION PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate will be a closer with the drive to grow AAPG’s portfolio through new property acquisitions. You’ll create opportunities, build relationships, and secure management contracts that align with our company’s growth goals.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect for new property management clients through networking, cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings
  • Present AAPG’s management services and customize proposals for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and secure signed agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and deals in CRM
  • Report weekly on sales activities and results
  • Represent AAPG at industry events, conferences, and community meetings
