You will be based in Jakarta and will play a key role in expanding our client base across the mineral and coal sectors while ensuring strong relationships and service delivery This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical-commercial background and a deep understanding of Indonesia’s industrial and mining landscape. Key Responsibilities · Actively generate new business in Indonesia for TIC services related to minerals and coal. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth. · Meet and exceed business targets through strategic client acquisition and retention. · Ensure 100% service delivery by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. · Conduct regular visits to key industrial clients in power plants, cement, mining, and steel sectors. · Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and reporting. · Develop cost-effective, value-added service offerings to meet client needs Requirements · Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering. · Experience: Minimum 5 years in a business development role within the TIC industry or a closely related field (e.g., mining services, commodity inspection, industrial testing). · Skills & Abilities: · Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management. · Strong network and understanding of Indonesia’s mineral/coal value chain.
