An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the UK.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for intelligent and articulate individuals, who are degree educated and have a highly professional work ethic.

You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve and exceed targets.

  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant sales role preferably within B2C sales.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with C-Suite level clients
  • Time management and planning skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This role is crucial to our business and is rewarded as such with an uncapped earnings structure. Targets are realistic and OTE earnings are between £35-40k per year.
We will provide you with leads, you will articulate our service to prospective clients and arrange for them to meet our Wealth Advisers.

Each day you will;

  • Make a high volume of calls to leads provided by our marketing department - we don’t cold call
  • Talk to clients and Advisers about wealth management with confidence
  • Organise meetings with our Wealth Advisers
  • Co-ordinate calendars and maintain accurate client information using a leading CRM
  • Work closely with our Advisers to win new business

The Business Development Executive role offers the following;

  • Basic Salary of £24,000
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £35,000 per annum
  • 24 days holiday, increasing with service
