SALES & MARKETING PROFESSIONAL – FIT-OUT INDUSTRY

Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team. This is a salary + commission-based role, offering strong earning potential for the right candidate. The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and driving sales activities targeted at both existing and prospective customers in the fit-out industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years of sales & marketing experience in the UAE market (fit-out or related industry preferred).
  • Background in Civil Engineering / Interior Design is preferred.
  • Self-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to build a solid business pipeline with a “can-do, will-do” attitude.
  • Strong communication and listening skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
  • Preference for a lady candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks.
  • Prepare and deliver bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring competitive and client-focused solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, project parameters, and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, project management, and operations) for smooth project handover and execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
