QUALIFICATION :

  • Should have 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in B2B business development/ sales in service industries .
  • Proven track record in business development, sales or related role. Previous UAE law firm experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a related field (masters degree preferred)
  • Excellent selling, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to provide consistent and high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.,)
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle for transportation purposes , Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities
  • Generating leads through networking, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities ; coordinating generation activities ; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Should meet specific monthly targets.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients . Making multiple calls (Cold calling , outbound calls) to potential clients and working with client through the closing process.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting and also maintain short and long term business development plans.
  • Creating positive and long lasting relationship with potential clients.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
