Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will be working as a Business Development Executive in one of the fastest growing, most exciting and most important industries in the world. Technological innovation is taking place faster than ever before and companies and organisations in every sector are investing more than ever in software and IT services to accelerate their time to market, grasp strategic opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Your role will be to acquire new customers for the company and thus develop a base of customers whose relationship with the company is managed by you. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships and generate repeat business among those customers you acquire, and take the initiative to present new ideas and sales strategies to the team. Your work will be focused on selling consultancy services and software tools. Those tools are primarily developed by our partners such as Atlassian, monday.com and JFrog. The dynamism of the industry allows successful sales people to earn generous commissions.
You will have the opportunity to obtain accreditations and specialise in technologies from our software partners to become the “go-to” person within AC for specific services and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Identifying sales leads in new prospects and progressing them to conclusion
  • Prospecting for and closing sales leads among existing customers you have previously acquired
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts at existing customers
  • Writing detailed proposals in co-operation with technical colleagues
  • Attending events both online and in-person
