ROLE (B2B SAAS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE)

Takeback Software is a growing software company helping trades businesses across — electricians, scaffolders, maintenance, waste firms — streamline job management and cut paperwork. We have a great product, happy customers and now we’re looking to bring in more.
We’re seeking a hungry, commercially aware B2B salesperson to join the team and take ownership of new business sales. You’ll be selling TrackTrade - our flagship job management platform - to trade businesses across the UK. The role will involve generating leads (primarily over the phone), running demos and closing your own deals. The ideal candidate for this role has previous B2B software sales experience and the ability to work to targets.

THIS ROLE ISN’T FOR YOU IF:

  • You aren’t comfortable / confident cold calling MDs & senior directors
  • You’ve only ever worked inbound
  • You aren’t comfortable taking ownership of developing a lead pipeline
  • You think business development means sending a few emails and waiting
  • You need the support structures of a big company - we’re a startup, building as we go.
