Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential new business associates, specifically focusing on European immigration companies and manpower recruitment agencies across the globe.
2. Understand Client Needs: Work closely with business associates to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs and business goals.
3. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, meetings, and cold calls to expand the client base.
4. Negotiating Agreements: Negotiate terms and service agreements with new business associates to establish strong and long-term partnerships.
5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
6. Regular Updates: Provide timely and detailed updates to the Sales Manager on sales progress, newly acquired deals, potential opportunities, and challenges faced during business development efforts.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to generate and qualify leads, manage the sales process, and close deals.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. Knowledge of the global manpower recruitment or immigration industry is a plus.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
