Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive business developer with an existing client base, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to account management and solution selling. As a BDE, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and expand market share within the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the freight forwarding industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • UAE Driving License is must

  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and industry standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with sales transactions.
