Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in brand management, fundraising, or marketing consulting
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
