Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contacting leads with the objective of working closely with the Accountancy Sales teams for closing new business opportunities.
  • Act as the initial point of contact to all new prospects.
  • Actively liaise with prospects, fact-finding key data.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via online webinars.
  • Create effective approaches to closing new business.
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring a premium level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Keep up-to-date records through our CRM system.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of our software’s to answer prospects questions.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

This role would suit an individual with an excellent work ethic who is looking to develop a successful career in sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1 year working in a similar Sales role.
  • A third level qualification, ideally in sales or business would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrable record of achieving targets
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • An eager to learn mindset, focused on excelling and developing.
