The Role As a Business Development Executive – US Market, you’ll be at the centre of how our international exhibitions are built and commercialised. You’ll begin in a fast-paced commercial role, working directly with US-based businesses and decision-makers. Alongside earning uncapped commission, you’ll gain invaluable insight into how major global events are planned, sold, and delivered. This role is designed as a long-term career pathway, with progression into event management, event coordination, operations, or senior commercial roles. For top performers, there are also opportunities to travel internationally, attend live events, and relocate to our overseas offices as the business continues to grow. No prior experience is required — full training is provided from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Researching and targeting US-based exhibitors and sponsors Speaking daily with American business owners and senior decision-makers Generating interest in international business exhibitions Qualifying leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn Booking meetings and managing opportunities for senior sales executives Supporting sales, marketing, and event launch campaigns Gaining exposure to international event planning, logistics, and commercial strategy Progressing into event management or coordination roles over time Who We’re Looking For We hire for attitude, ambition, and potential — not experience.
