Job Title: Business Development Executive – Secure Tech Consultancy
Location: Christchurch, Dorset (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £37,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads within mid-market and enterprise sectors. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, your role will be crucial in driving the early stages of the customer journey.
This role would suit someone with B2B sales experience, who is commercially savvy, confident in lead generation, and looking to build a long-term career in a forward-thinking technology business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for the Sales team
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns and follow up on activity
  • Update CRM with accurate prospect and pipeline data
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and client experience
  • Represent the business at events, webinars, and networking opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry news, competitors, and compliance requirements
