Description

DO YOU SELL TO ENGINEERS FOR A LIVING?

Then you’ll know they don’t want to be ‘sold to’ They want facts… practicality, and above all, someone who understands what they’re selling and who they’re selling it to.
As a Business Development Executive you know it isn’t about pushing products for the sake of it, it’s about building real relationships with people who need to trust you, just as much as they trust what you’re offering.
As Business Development Executive, you’ll be joining a £3 million turnover business in Shropshire with solid foundations and ambitious growth plans.
The product is clever, it works, and it opens doors across a wide range of industries. Aggregates. Food. Construction. Water. Oil and gas. Repair shops… you name it.
And this is what makes the product stand out….
As compressed air is the 4th utility of the world, the applications for the product are vast. And no matter where in the world you are using this source of energy, water is the by product … this is where the product leaps out of the crowd.
It works across a vast number of industries, from rail and mining to bodyshops and boatyards, giving you real scope and variety. UK and Internationally in the harshest of environments proving the product works each time, every time.
Customers can’t believe just how amazing the product is.
It solves problems they have endured for years.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll start off in the office in Shropshire so you can get under the skin of the company, product, the process and the people.
  • If you’re not local, you’ll be able to work from home once you’re up to speed, with regular time out on the road.
  • Your week will be split between building the pipeline, filling your diary, and getting out to visit customers whilst working closely with the office.
  • You’ll be booking appointments for yourself and working alongside a new colleague who brings over 30 years of experience in the pneumatics industry. There’s not much he doesn’t know, and he’ll be there to mentor and support you.
  • Some weeks will be more field-based, others more office focused.
  • As time goes on, you’ll find what suits you best and your role as Business Development Executive can be shaped around your strengths.
