OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, recruiting and maintaining relationships with potential and current channel partners , managing and expanding corporate retail stores, and driving growth for our company in the BC and Alberta region. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales management, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a telecommunication industry.
• Proven experience in manage multiple retail stores and expand new store locations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business success.
• Periodic travel to Alberta (Calgary and Edmonton) is required.
• Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience may consider as Assistant Business Development Manager.

• Work as a collaborative team member to exceed assigned territory revenue goals.
• Execute regional channel strategy by developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with channel partners in BC and Alberta region.
• Open, expand and manage corporate retail stores and sales team in BC and Alberta region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Monitor and maintaining an accurate inventory level.
