Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to €35,000 basic. OTE circa €60k
Location: Dublin
Reporting into: Business Development Manager and Commercial Director

The Business Development Team at CBTax is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities. Working closely with the marketing, R&D tax, and client delivery teams, the team plays a key role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships. This is a fast-paced, results-driven function that thrives on strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-value client interactions.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of CBTax’s growth strategy, responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for a proactive, target-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.
