Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Dublin (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to €34,500 Basic + OTE €50,000+

We’re deepening our footprint in Ireland and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive based in our state-of-the-art Dublin HQ. You’ll own outbound strategies, work with Business development managers to generate leads, and engage with R&D performing companies throughout Ireland. Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting to Irish businesses, making calls to introduce CBTax’s R&D tax credit services and book qualified appointments.
  • Handle inbound Irish leads with precision, qualifying opportunities and collaborating with Business Development Managers to advance them through the pipeline.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data for Irish prospects, ensuring accurate tracking and data enrichment.
  • Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers at Irelands most innovative companies, highlighting how our services unlock tax credits while ensuring full compliance.
  • Support cross-border collaboration between Irish and UK teams, contributing to seamless client onboarding and long-term value.
    Stay ahead of Irish R&D trends and Revenue updates, adapting pitches to resonate with local innovators.
