QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B business development experience
  • Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to balance sales activity with admin tasks
  • Telecoms experience is not essential but would be advantageous

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls, cold calling, and marketing follow-ups
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Contribute to coordinated sales and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Produce accurate quotes and proposals within agreed timescales
  • Ensure CRM records and sales administration are kept up to date
  • Provide customer service support, sharing insights on competitors and market trends
