· Managing sales administration and processing customer orders
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships through expert guidance and service
· Leading client pitches, product demos, and sales meetings
· Representing Phoenix Medical at trade exhibitions, conferences, and client visits
· Generating new business through cold calling, emailing, and follow-up
· Identifying business development opportunities and growing your own sales pipeline
· Contributing to NHS tender applications and managing accounts with large pharmacy chains such as Boots and other major UK retailers
