ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As one of Ireland’s leading Retrofit One Stop Shop Service providers, Churchfield Home Services is seeking to recruit an ambitious, experienced and technical business development executive to join our team here in Crossmolina, to lead our growth operations in the Northwest from within the domestic construction community.
You’ll drive business development within the domestic construction community, building partnerships and promoting our energy-efficient retrofit solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Promoting One-Stop Service: Advocate the company’s One-Stop Service to engineering, architectural, and building professionals in the northwest, offering tailored solutions and consultations.
· Recruitment of Technical Advisors: Recruit and onboard Independent Technical Advisors, BER Assessors, and Airtightness Testers to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards.
· Sourcing Specialist Suppliers: Screen and onboard suppliers of windows and doors, ensuring they meet quality and compliance requirements.
· Attending Events: Represent the company at promotional events in the northwest, delivering presentations and networking to enhance brand visibility.
· Building Industry Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships within the retrofit and construction sectors to support mutual business goals.
· Pursuing Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with CIRI-registered Building Contractors to expand market presence.
· Acting as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company, demonstrating its values and fostering trust with clients and industry stakeholders.
