Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll report directly to our Business Development Manager and be trained hands-on in our approach to sales. You’ll learn how to qualify leads, estimate project values, build relationships with contractors and end clients, and secure repeat business.
This isn’t a cold-calling role but you’ll need to be confident speaking to site managers, commercial directors, surveyors and architects. Our projects range from £5k to over £500k, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust and sell value, not just price.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries
  • Build relationships with new clients and main contractors
  • Arrange and attend site visits (travel required)
  • Prepare and send quotes (training provided)
  • Help manage client accounts through to handover
