POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and secure new staffing contracts. This position is commission-based only, offering high earning potential for professionals with proven success in healthcare staffing sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in healthcare staffing sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP systems and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Established healthcare network (preferred, but not required).
