Job Overview Due to our continued expansion, We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Redhill, Surrey. This is mostly an office-based position, with limited travel
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with both existing customers and adding new clients, and driving revenue & profit growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills and a solid understanding of sales processes, both in UK & Export sales environments. As well as stock management and a knowledge of MS 365 Business Centre.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 BC is essential for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn about new products and market developments.
