REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar Business Development/Sales role within the Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• A degree or relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure excellent customer service and provide technical support as needed
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
• Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
