• Proven experience in retail business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Ability to create new market segment for company growth

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management or a related field is preferred.

• Customer Service: Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7 everyday.Establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
• S ales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss.
• Business Development : Exploring new market verticals for revenue growth.
