Description
Identify and approach CA firms, audit firms, and compliance-focused businesses Schedule and attend minimum 1 qualified client meeting per day Present Madre Janus cybersecurity and compliance solutions to prospective clients Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, email outreach, and field visits Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Understand client challenges related to cybersecurity, compliance, and efficiency Coordinate with internal technical teams for demos and solution presentations Maintain daily sales activity, follow-ups, and opportunity pipeline updates Achieve monthly meeting, demo, and revenue targets Support South India market expansion initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales / software sales Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance solution sales is preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to generate meetings and convert prospects into clients Comfortable with daily field/client meetings and travel Knowledge of CA firms, audit ecosystem, or compliance market is an advantage Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups
