JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management and order follow-up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth communication, and closely coordinating with internal teams to follow up on ongoing orders.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the value of long-term client engagement and enjoys being the bridge between the client and internal operations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving order-related issues, and contributing to the company’s sales retention goals.
