Davis Events Agency is an award-winning creative events company, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and personable Business Development Executive (B2B sales) to join our growing team.
This role is all about opening doors — identifying and reaching out to new prospects, reigniting relationships with lapsed clients, and building a strong pipeline of potential business for our senior team. Day to Day
Business Development Executives at Davis Events Agency are on the front lines of helping organisations discover how creative, high-impact events and experiences can transform their brand and client engagement. You will promote the power of events and experiences to decision-makers across key industries and regions, and your ability to spark new relationships will help more companies create memorable experiences for their teams and audiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales, lead generation or outreach role
  • Qualification in sales or a related field
  • You are motivated to hunt (cold-call), and educate - you’re not easily intimidated by new relationships
  • Experience in identifying, targeting and converting B2B prospects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales & measurement
  • Able to manage own workload effectively to meet business deadlines
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively to team and clients
  • Positive, can-do attitude and dedicated to going above and beyond
  • You have a data-focused and self-motivated approach
  • The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts
Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects
  • Research, identify, qualify and convert leads
  • Build, maintain and grow our databases
  • Evaluate outreach trends and assist in monthly reporting and performance tracking
  • Measure and report performance of all sales campaigns, and assess against goals & targets (ROI and KPIs)
  • Target potential revenue opportunities (cold call/email) and build a pipeline to achieve quota
  • Conduct intro calls and capabilities presentations over the phone and via webinar
  • Plan and execute sales plan & pipeline
