Job Title: Business Development Executive – Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid, with some travel required)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 per month + Commission on sales closings

ABOUT MARKELTREE

Markeltree is a growing technology solutions provider specializing in web design & development, mobile app development, CRM/ERP systems, and custom software solutions. We are expanding our team in Dubai and are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven business development or sales experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions such as web apps, mobile apps, CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Promote and sell software development services including web design, web/app development, CRM/ERP solutions, and mobile app development.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to represent Markeltree.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
