Description:

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Sharjah. This role will focus on driving growth within the FMCG, Horeca, B2B, and Hygiene & Cleaning sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and enhance our market presence. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors, including FMCG, Horeca, and B2B. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and challenges. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. - Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients that highlight the value of our products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the sales process. - Achieve and exceed designated sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the company. - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the FMCG, Horeca, or hygiene cleaning industries. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
