Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our B2B client base for AML and compliance services. The key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients
• Conducting outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other business development channels
• Developing relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and relevant decision-makers
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable AML/compliance service solutions
• Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding and closing
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities
• Achieving agreed monthly and quarterly business development targets
• Monitoring market opportunities and identifying potential sectors and companies that may require AML services
• 
  

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Networking and relationship-building skills
• Self motivated and target-driven approach
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is preferred
• Knowledge of AML/compliance services would be an advantage but is not mandatory
